Where we ship
Online shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military destinations, and international destinations is not currently available through our checkout.
Shipping charges
Available shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. Charges depend on the items and quantities in your cart and the eligible delivery address.
GachaPop Lite shipping is $24.95 per machine, whether you choose Machine Only or the Starter Kit. Two machines incur $49.90 shipping and three incur $74.85, before any applicable tax. Other products in the same cart may add shipping charges; a GachaPop purchase does not include shipping for the entire cart. Review the final checkout total before paying.
Production time and carrier transit
GachaPop Lite machines are printed on demand. Printing to shipment takes 3–5 business days. Carrier transit time is additional. This is a production-to-shipment estimate, not a promise of delivery within 3–5 business days of ordering. Contact us before ordering if you need a machine for a specific event.
Other made-to-order products may require production time, even when limited finished inventory is available. Check the listing and contact us to confirm timing for a time-sensitive purchase. Custom-print production timing is discussed with your quotation and approval.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates, and we do not guarantee a carrier's arrival date. If we cannot meet an applicable promised shipment date, we will contact you about the delay and your options to consent to a revised shipment date or cancel for a refund, as required by law.
Free local pickup in Oregon City
Select “Free Local Pickup — Oregon City, OR” at checkout if you will collect your order in person. Pickup has no shipping charge and requires an appointment. Choosing pickup does not arrange delivery to your address.
After your order is confirmed, email pickup@filamore3dprints.com with your order number to arrange pickup. We will provide the exact meeting location privately when your appointment is confirmed. Please wait for confirmation before traveling. Oregon City, OR 97045 identifies the pickup area; it is not a walk-in address.
Delivery problems
Please check your delivery information before ordering and contact sales@filamore3dprints.com promptly if it needs correction. If a shipment appears missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and explain the next steps. Our Refunds and Returns Policy explains returns and available remedies. We do not treat a carrier delay or tracking scan alone as a reason to deny rights provided by law.
