Who we are
Filamore 3D Prints is a family-operated 3D printing business based in Oregon City, Oregon. This policy explains how we handle information connected with our website, purchases, inquiries, and custom-print requests. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@filamore3dprints.com.
The legal business operator is Filamore Media LLC, doing business as Filamore 3D Prints.
Information you provide
When you shop or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number if supplied, billing and shipping addresses, order selections, order notes, and correspondence. Orders also generate payment status, transaction references, fulfillment information, and purchase history. If you use a customer account, we keep the account and profile information needed to manage it and associate orders with it. Guest checkout is available.
Contact forms collect the information entered in the form, including your name, email address, subject, and message. Pickup arrangements involve your order reference and the communications needed to schedule an appointment.
Custom-print requests may include contact details, a project description, approximate dimensions, intended use, quantity, material and color preferences, requested timing, shipping or pickup preference, permission confirmation, model files, reference images, and file-sharing links. We save a request reference, project details, file metadata, status, and notification information to help manage the request.
Please provide only information needed for your project. Avoid including sensitive personal information in messages, models, images, filenames, or linked folders. Images and model files may contain embedded metadata.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate custom projects, prepare quotes, process and fulfill orders, arrange shipping or pickup, handle returns, maintain purchase and business records, and protect the website against misuse. Project files and reference images are used to evaluate and fulfill your print request. Submitting a file does not give us ownership of your design.
Custom files email and sharing links
Our email-first custom-print workflow sends small uploaded files and request details to our authorized team through the Google Workspace group uploads@filamore3dprints.com. Request information and file metadata remain in WordPress. New uploaded file contents are not permanently stored in the WordPress database or public Media Library. Temporary website copies are removed after the sending attempt, with cleanup for abandoned temporary files.
Some older requests may still contain files in protected website database storage. Authorized staff can access those legacy files through the request dashboard.
Files sent by email can remain in the group archive, members’ mailboxes, replies, and authorized downloaded copies. Deleting a WordPress request does not by itself delete these separate copies.
You may provide a Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive sharing link instead of an attachment. We retain the link with the request, and authorized staff may open or download files to review and fulfill the project. Sharing access remains subject to your chosen provider’s settings. You do not need to make the file public. Keep your originals until we confirm receipt; a saved request or accepted email notification does not guarantee that every attachment reached our mailbox.
Payments shipping and service providers
We use WordPress and WooCommerce to operate the store, Hostinger for website hosting, and Google Workspace for business email. Hosting and backup services may hold website records and files. Carriers and shipping-label services receive the recipient and shipment information necessary to arrange delivery. Tax services may process location and order information needed for calculations.
For an online payment, the selected payment provider processes payment information and returns transaction details and status to the store. Do not send card numbers or security codes through contact forms, custom-print forms, or email. Publication review item: the currently enabled production payment processor and any locally retained payment-token metadata still require read-only verification; the production administration area requires a separate sign-in.
Checkout offers an optional invitation to review your order through CusRev, an independent review service. If you choose that option, the service may receive the contact and order information needed for the invitation. A review you choose to publish may be visible to other visitors. Please avoid putting private contact information in public reviews.
Cookies technical data and measurement
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies or similar browser storage for functions such as the shopping cart, sessions, login, and security. Website requests also expose technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps to hosting and related services. Our custom-request system uses session and anti-spam checks, including temporary rate-limit information, to reduce abuse.
Our website uses basic traffic measurement to understand visits and improve the store. The staging review found Google tagging, a Google Ads destination, and WordPress.com statistics associated with Jetpack. These services can process page and interaction information, device or browser information, cookie identifiers, and IP-related information. A Google tag can support analytics as well as advertising, depending on its configured destinations.
You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect cart, checkout, or login functions. Browser cookie controls do not necessarily prevent every third-party request. Publication review item: our approved launch direction is to retain essential store functionality and basic analytics, while disabling unnecessary advertising tracking, including remarketing. That change has not yet been implemented or verified. The final provider descriptions and any required consent or opt-out controls must match the tested launch configuration before publication.
Access storage and retention
Authorized staff use information to perform their business responsibilities. Service providers handle information as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms. We may also disclose information when legally required or needed to resolve a transaction or dispute.
We do not operate a permanent repository for customer design files or reference images. Our policy is to delete those files after successful fulfillment, including delivery or confirmed pickup. For inquiries that do not become orders, we close the inquiry and delete associated files when it is no longer active, using a documented closure procedure. Future reprints require you to submit your original files again.
We retain custom-print request metadata and quotation history for up to 12 months after closure, subject to legitimate business and legal requirements. WooCommerce order, transaction, and accounting records are retained for applicable business, tax, and legal purposes. Limited file retention may be necessary for an active dispute, unresolved fulfillment problem, legal obligation, or authorized replacement work.
File cleanup and request-record deletion are manual processes, not automatic or instantaneous. Removing a WordPress record does not remove separate Google Workspace group archives, individual mailbox copies, replies, downloaded files, or customer-controlled shared originals. These copies require separate cleanup. Older copies can remain in backups until they expire under the applicable backup retention schedule; any legal or dispute hold may require longer retention. We cannot delete files from a customer’s own storage. You can contact sales@filamore3dprints.com about files or records that are no longer needed.
Your questions and requests
Email sales@filamore3dprints.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to ask how your project files are handled. Include an order or request reference if available, but do not send passwords or payment-card details. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information.
We will review the request under applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for tax, transaction, dispute, security, or other legal purposes. Contacting us does not automatically erase records or cancel an order. Any additional statutory rights, deadlines, appeal procedures, and opt-out mechanisms must be confirmed against the final services and laws that apply before publication.
Policy updates
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. A new policy does not authorize a new use of previously collected information where additional notice or permission is legally required.
